I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and I will be coming to this nail salon until it closes! I honestly would never go anywhere else. This is truly the best nail shop in Manchester, hands down! Trust the 5 stars because it really is 5 stars!

I’ve been 3 times so far and I’ve absolutely loved every visit. You’re actually spoken to like a real human being, with genuine hellos and goodbyes. The shop is so clean, modern and beautiful, and there are SO many colours and options. Whether you want cat’s eye, different magnetic effects, different shades of chrome, BIAB, acrylic or anything else, they literally have everything you could want.

Not only are the products high quality, but their hygiene, practices and skill are unreal. They follow every step properly to make your nails look and feel beyond perfect. They’re fast, gentle and efficient, and every design I’ve had has been impeccable. They listen to exactly what you want and deliver exceptionally.

My nails have lasted the whole month each time. For the 3 months I’ve been coming, I’ve had no chips, lifting, soreness, discomfort or dirt trapped under my real nails. They file the regrowth perfectly, which makes me feel so confident coming back every month. And don’t even get me started on my favourite nail shape! They do the best thin almond shape I’ve ever had. The acrylic isn’t bulky or thick either; it’s so dainty and classy. Everything about this place is perfection.

On my first visit, I was given a little gift bag with nail-care products, which was such a cute and kind gesture for opening/new customers and was really appreciated. On my second visit, within a month of opening, they had already introduced a student discount, so my infill and cat’s-eye only cost £31. As a student, maintaining yourself isn’t always easy, so the fact they introduced a discount so early really shows how much thought they put into this shop.

My most recent visit has completely sealed the deal for me being a customer for years to come! I had gold French tips on my toes, was offered a refreshment, then sat in the massage chair. I have genuinely never been so comfortable in a nail salon! Once the massage chair was turned on, I was in heaven

My toes were done within an hour and a half. I arrived at 10:30, was finished around 12 and started my next appointment for my matching gold-tip nails. I was completely finished by 1pm.

The nail tech I had was so lovely, kind and caring. He generously added two stamps to my loyalty card for £5 off because it was my birthday, gifted me a nail cream of my choice and wished me a happy birthday. It’s little things like that which make you feel genuinely valued as a customer.

I’m honestly just so grateful this place has opened, especially after some awful experiences elsewhere. What I love about Didsbury Nails is their appointment system. Rather than being overcrowded with walk-ins, you book your slot online and every time I’ve been it has been peaceful, quiet and organised. You don’t have to wait around; you arrive at your appointment time and get your nails done by the friendliest, chattiest, kindest and most talented staff.

The customer service and communication are honestly the best I’ve experienced. I’ll be coming back again and again! Thank you, Didsbury Nails, for giving me the most beautiful birthday nails! X
